How its made

Selecting Pure Ingredients

Selecting Pure Ingredients

Selecting Pure Ingredients

We begin with high-quality oils, especially pure Goan coconut oil, chosen for their skin-nourishing properties and ability to create a rich, creamy lather.

Preparing the Lye Solution

Selecting Pure Ingredients

Lye is carefully mixed with purified water. This step is essential for saponification, the natural chemical reaction that turns oils into real soap.

Blending Oils and Lye

Add Fragrance & Natural Colour

Once both mixtures reach the right temperature, the lye solution is slowly blended into the oils. The mixture thickens into a smooth, velvety batter.

Premium, skin-safe fragrance oils and optional natural colourants are added. This gives each bar its unique aroma and gentle visual appeal.

Pouring & Setting in Moulds

Pouring & Setting in Moulds

The fresh soap batter is poured into moulds, where it begins to harden. This stage allows the soap to form its shape and develop its initial structure.

Curing for 4–6 Weeks

After unmoulding and cutting, the bars are left to cure naturally. This slow process removes excess moisture, making the soap harder, longer-lasting, and wonderfully gentle on the skin.
